Shipping Policy
Shipping Process and Delivery
Your orders will be carefully prepared and delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy campaign periods, this period may be extended by 1-2 days, but we will do our best to inform you in any case.
Our cargo is sent with Yurtiçi Kargo. When your order is shipped, you will be sent your cargo tracking number.
Delivery Time
Your cargo will usually reach your address within 1-3 business days for deliveries within Türkiye. This period may vary depending on the address. Public holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping time.

Damaged or Incomplete Product Delivery
When your order reaches you, please check the package when you receive your cargo. In case of any damage, missing or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package.

Address Information
In order to ensure smooth delivery, please make sure that you have entered your address information completely and correctly when ordering. Etike is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Cargo Tracking
After your order is shipped, you can follow the current status of your cargo with the cargo tracking number that will be sent to you.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return Conditions
You can return the products you purchased from Etike within 14 days from the date of receipt. Products to be returned:

Unused,

No damage,

In its original packaging and

Must be on labels.
Products that are custom made, special orders or cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings) are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Send your return request via e-mail to info@etikestore.com with your order number.

After the approval sent to you, you can send the product to us, together with your invoice, with our contracted cargo company or a cargo company of your choice.

After the product reaches us and the necessary checks are made, if the return is approved, your payment will be refunded to you within 7 business days.
(Refund time may vary depending on your bank.)
Conditions of Change
You can also contact us within 14 days for the products you want to exchange.

The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

In your exchange requests, we can exchange the same product with a different model/size depending on stock availability.

If it is out of stock, you can create a shopping voucher or consider the return option.
Return / Exchange Shipping Fee

In return and exchange transactions, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

The shipping costs are covered by Etike only for faulty product shipments caused by us.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following products due to hygiene and personal use:
